We replace your screen

Once your phone reaches us, a trained technician inspects it, logs the details and replaces the damaged screen with a quality part. We test everything, photograph the result, and your repair is usually complete within 3 to 5 working days.

Why do we need this & how do I find it?

Why we need it: We record your Serial or IMEI number to log your device into our tracking system upon arrival, verify insurance coverage with Royal Mail up to £750, and ensure your exact phone is returned securely after repair.

How to find it:

In Settings: Go to Settings > General > About.
On the Device: Check the SIM card tray (or back glass on older models).
Unusable Screen / Powered Off: Printed in micro-text on the SIM tray or viewable via your linked Apple ID account online.
